I only have time for a super quick update on my ditching Leth.

The Original Situation: TB finds job in RD, wants to move in with parents in order to save on rent. I accept job at Egreen, don't want to pay rent for house I don't live in. TB and I find new "room mate:" AN. Life is good. TB and I will split other half of rent for remainder of lease, and terminate living situation at end of lease. Woot.

What Actually Happened: TB finds job in RD, wants to move in with parents in order to save on rent. I accept job at Egreen, don't want to pay rent for house I don't live in. TB and I find new "room mate:" AN. Life is good. TB and I will split other half of rent for remainder of lease, and terminate living situation at end of lease. LG gets phone call from landlord, asking (in no uncertain terms) "How soon can you be out? We'll cut your lease early, and you won't have to clean anything because we're just going to renovate the apartment right away anyways. What are your thoughts?" Beyond the fact that, through Landlord of the Year, I had just received the biggest blessing from God, the only thing running through my head was: " Oh crap, what about AN??" In the end, she and I talked, and she had a backup situation planned just in case something happened to our plans. So I praised Jesus for doors opening, doors closing, and friends who love me, and life moving on.
