...still wish it was winter? How is it really May already? Can someone please inform me as to where this year has gone?
I honestly had to ask Aileen while we were out today what month it was, because I thought it was still April. (Btw, I'm still in denial. Not the river in Egypt.) It's May if you were still wondering. Yikes, I'd planned on doing so much more with this year, and I'm pretty sad to say that most of it probably isn't going to happen now, either. But hey, I'm having a dang good time anyways. The puppies are here, and I'll have pics up soon. (Sorry Stephie!) They're soooo cute, too.
I've also recently discovered that Starbucks does an Iced Chai drink. It's amazing. You should try it sometime.

Hey there!! I really miss talkin with you! It is so weird going to Red Deer and not being able to see you. As far as where the year went...I don't know. Tomorrow is officially one year since I moved here, and it feels really weird. Oh, and I definetly do not wish it was still winter. I like the fact that I don't have to wear 7 layers to go to work, and I don't have to have 8 blankets on my bed.
Well Lacey, you should still live in RD if that's how you feel/felt. We had an actual SNOW DAY yesterday. Not just where the bus routes aren't running, but the SCHOOLS aren't running. it was amazing. I didn't know what to do with myself and possibly wasted scholarship time by baking cookies and banana bread (with cranberries yum) but when is baking a crime? never. hope there was snow or at least a good chill for you in lethbian town. lovelovelove
